Manufacturers have chosen this profile size because it is suitable for different gate widths. The RA-55 mm profile is used for gates whose width does not exceed 3200 mm. The RA-77 mm profile is used for gates whose passage width does not exceed 5100 mm.

In other words, if you have small passage dimensions, there is no need to overpay for a 77 mm profile. You will not notice a significant difference in operation. The 55 mm profile is very durable and wind-resistant, but when the passage is too large, it lacks strength, so for large gates, it is worth considering a profile with a width of 77 mm.
