1. DELIVERY AREA AND TRANSPORT COMPANIES
1.1. Delivery of goods ordered from the Alu-market.pl online store is carried out within the Republic of Poland and other countries of the European Union.
1.2. Transportation is carried out through specialized courier companies and carriers providing oversized and long-load transportation services, including, among others: DPD, DHL, Erontrans, Moldtrans, as well as other logistics partners.
2. DELIVERY COSTS
2.1. The delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart during the ordering process on the Store's website.
2.2. For orders with unusual dimensions (e.g., uncut aluminum profiles longer than 2–3 meters or gate sets), the delivery cost may be calculated individually and agreed with the Seller before the conclusion of the contract.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
3.1. The total waiting time for a shipment consists of the time required to prepare/produce the order and the transportation time by the courier company.
3.2. For goods in stock, the shipping time is usually 1 to 3 business days. For goods manufactured or cut to size (roller shutters, gates, custom-sized profiles), the processing time is specified in the product description or order confirmation.
4. RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT AND DAMAGE REPORT
Recommendation regarding receipt of the shipment:
It is recommended to carefully inspect the condition of the packaging and shipment in the presence of the delivery person/courier. If any visible mechanical damage to the shipment is found (e.g., a crushed package or a broken profile), please prepare a Damage Report with the courier and notify the Seller of the incident. Preparing a Damage Report significantly speeds up the processing of a transport damage claim.
