1. PRODUCT PRICES AND CURRENCIES
1.1. All prices displayed in the Alu-market.pl online store are gross prices expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) or euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT in accordance with the applicable regulations.
1.2. The price displayed for each product is binding at the time the Customer places the order.
2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS AND BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
2.1. Traditional Bank Transfer (Prepayment): Payment for ordered goods is made in advance by bank transfer directly to the Seller's bank account in accordance with the issued proforma invoice or order summary.

2.2. The bank transfer details are also automatically provided in the e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT RECORDING
3.1. Order processing (picking the goods or commencing the production of profiles/roller shutters cut to size) begins immediately after the full payment has been credited to the Seller's bank account.
3.2. If the payment is not credited within 7 business days from the date the order was placed, the order may be cancelled after prior contact with the Buyer.
4. SALES DOCUMENTS (VAT INVOICE)
4.1. A proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice or a named receipt is issued for each purchased product.
4.2. If the Buyer wishes to receive a VAT invoice for a business (B2B), the Buyer is required to provide the NIP number (or EU VAT number for entities from the EU) in the order form.
4.3. Invoices are sent electronically to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
